All systems operational Every app we run, checked every three minutes

You have an idea. We build it, ship it, and keep it running.

A small team of developers and designers who take a mobile app from the first sketch to the thing your customers open every day — and then run it for you. One team, one bill, one number to call.

The whole way

Five phases. We do all of them.

01 — Design

Work out what it should be

What it does, what it deliberately does not, and who it is for — settled before anyone writes code. Most of what makes a project expensive is decided here.

02 — Build

Build it properly

iPhone, iPad and web from one codebase. Written to be maintained by somebody who is not us — no framework chosen for novelty, no cleverness that needs a meeting.

03 — Test

Prove it before your customers do

On real devices, with real data, against the things that actually break — the empty state, the bad connection, the person who taps twice.

04 — Deploy

Get it into their hands

App Store and Play submissions, review, the privacy disclosures both stores gate on, and the release itself. The paperwork that stops most good apps from shipping.

05 — Operate

And then we keep it standing

The part almost nobody includes, and the part that decides whether any of the rest was worth doing. Your app is not handed over as a folder of code with our best wishes — it stays live, and staying live is our job. It is the half of the name most people skip.

What we build

Anything one team can carry.

Consumer and lifestyle apps

iPhone, iPad and web from one codebase, with accounts, sync and subscriptions.

Portals for small companies

The internal thing staff or customers sign into — bookings, records, requests.

Replacing the spreadsheet

The one file the business actually runs on, turned into something that cannot be emailed to the wrong person.

Automating the manual step

The re-keying, the copy-paste between two systems, the Monday report built by hand.

What it costs

Three ways to keep us.

Care
$750 / mo

Keeping a finished app alive and current. Most apps live here for ever.

Care plus
$1,500 / mo

A change or two every month, on top of everything above.

Retained
$4,000 / mo

A developer on your team without hiring one. Continuous work, every month.

Security is not a tier. It is the floor.

Every app gets the same protection at every price, because a breach does not care what you pay us. Critical vulnerabilities patched within 72 hours. Dependencies reviewed and updated monthly. Credentials rotated and access reviewed once a year. What the tiers change is how fast new features arrive — never how fast a hole gets closed.

Fees are set when we scope the build and fixed for the year, so nothing moves underneath you. Servers, storage and bandwidth are billed at cost, itemised on every invoice — we do not mark them up. Most shops do, quietly, by several hundred percent. You should ask them.

When we answer

Two clocks, not one.

Something is down
4 hours

Any day, including weekends and holidays. Usually we already know — the monitoring alerts us before a customer notices.

Everything else
1 business day

Questions, changes and requests. Monday to Friday, US Central, excluding federal holidays.

Straight answers

The things nobody asks out loud.

You own the code.

Every line of it, from the first commit, in your accounts and not ours. There is no version of this where we hold your business hostage.

If you leave, we help you go.

Thirty days' notice either way. We hand over the repositories, the accounts and the credentials, and we stay reachable while somebody else picks it up.

New features are quoted separately.

Upkeep, monitoring and small changes are covered by the monthly fee. Anything genuinely new gets its own number first — so your bill never moves without you agreeing to it.

What we need from you.

One person who can make decisions, the words and pictures that go inside it, and access to anything it has to connect to. That is genuinely all.

Already have a team?

We also consult on a single phase — a build that stalled, a design that needs a second opinion, an app that was finished and never shipped. And we will say so when a project does not need us for the rest of it.
